Excellent hotel with amazing views of the sea , sunrise and sunset. Large pool area, lots of loungers and other comfortable seating . Bit cold for swimming, but there’s also a good sized indoor pool and jacuzzi/ sauna/ steam room . Direct access to the seafront promenade , lovely walk into Funchal or to Camara de Lobos. Service was all very friendly and professional, from managers to housekeeping . Special mention to Bibi who looked after us well with cocktails and great service. Room was spacious and well equipped , good sized balcony. All the rooms seem to have sea view and also lots of comfortable seating areas either view of the pool and the sea. Pool bar served good reasonably priced food . Breakfast had plenty of variety. Definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again when we’re next in Madeira.

O que mais gostámos foi, sem dúvida alguma, o staff do hotel. Fomos com o nosso filho de 3 anos e fomos muito bem acolhidos.

A piscina interior não era de todo confortável. Água e ambiente bastante frio.

Great location. Great food. Staff are amazing!!!

External pools great for photographs, but absolutely freezing. They have an indoor heated pool, but the external pool could use a little bit of heating too. Jacuzzi is fantastic, but the back jets were not working our entire 10 day stay. It could be warmer - ineffective at times. We asked for a 3rd chair for our balcony, but unfortunately we’re not given one.

Мы приехали поздно вечером, в низкий сезон, но нас зачем-то поселили в самый крайний номер над закрытой зоной спа- без вида, с запахом из трубы. Времени и желания выяснять не было, но впечатление было испорчено. Утром пошли с сыном в спа, у него начался ужасный приступ кашля в джакузи от химии, которую там используют, у меня аллергическая реакция пошла на ноги- зуд и раздражение.

Csodàlatos a hotel, a szobánkból mintha egy botanikuskertbe léptünk volna. Nagyon sok jó étterem van a közelben. Mi a nászútunkat töltöttük itt, emiatt több nap is meglepetés várt minket a szobánkban.
