The Residences Vilamoura

A very nice, large, clean apartment with good kitchen. This is our second stay. Everything perfect though a little far from Vilamoura.

Could not fault the apartment. The apartments are a fair bit away from the marina but a courtesy bus was provided which ran at regular intervals day and evening and took us into the Marina area. Everywhere, inside and out, was spotless. Pool area was really nice and well maintained . The only fault, as such, was there was no supermarket on site or very close to the site ... but maybe that's in the pipeline! Lovely apartments ... we will definitely be back again

Stayed in deluxe apartment which was immaculately clean, spacious and well furnished. Very impressed with hotel and staff in general who were extremely friendly and polite and dealt with any issues efficiently. Only complaint is that there was only one bar serving food which was outside and rather limited in choice. Also there is no shop on site or in walking distance where you can buy food and drink items if self catering. A box of basics is provided in each room but this is very limited and expensive.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Also used facilities at the Marina hotel which added to the pleasure.

Finish of apartments is very good, lovely mix of self catering but with the benefit of hotel luxury (rooms cleaned every day) the resort is very well maintained, clean, safe and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

We stay with a family of four, great hotel a bit far from the beach, you need to have a car if planning to do regular trips to the sea, over all a great stay friendly staff.

This was our third time staying at the residences. Apartments are spacious and well equipped, pool area is lovely, and the staff are very helpful. Despite being a couple of miles away from the marina the free shuttle makes it easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Welcome box of food essentials and the ability to eat at the terrace or get room service or have shopping delivered means you have lots of options. We'll definitely go back!

It was really disappointing to learn on our arrival at The Residences that we were not able to use the facilities at the Tivoli Victoria Hotel. We holidayed at Tivoli Victoria Hotel in 2015 & 2016 and loved the service and facilities there. As there were 5 of us going to Portugal this year, we thought we would try a stay in one of The Residences suites instead of the main hotel. We went to specific lengths ahead of booking The Residences to check that we would still be able to use all the Hotel services. We were assured by email that this would be the case. It was therefore most unsatisfactory to be told upon arrival at check in at the Residences that we could not use the facilities at the main hotel.

Very safe, great for young kids, very clean, well equipped apartments. Staff exceptionally helpful, professional, friendly. Swimming areas great, never had trouble finding loungers. Great kids pool. 10 mins into Vilamoura, very convenient, free shuttles. Only downside - expensive
