Everything in the apartment, from the high quality kitchen equipment and utensils, to the high thread count bed linen was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was bright and airy. I regularly stay in 5 star hotels in Europe and this was better than some hotel suites. The pool area was relaxed and clean with plenty of beds, i think it helped being off peak because many guests were there for the golf and the only children were pre school and very few. There is the hotel adjacent if you prefer to use more formal facilities, with further bars and restaurants. The reception staff are extremely friendly and are happy to try and fulfil any request.

We had a lovely stay at the Residences. The hotel facilities are excellent for families with children.

We stayed in the hotel apartments which had everything we needed. The rooms were lovely and spacious, enough room for the children to run around! Staff were very helpful and always very quick to resolve issues. Parking was excellent. The only issues would be that there was no hotel guide- a booklet that detailed facilities available and opening and closing times of restaurants, pool, even useful contact number. We were expected to remember the details relayed to us on our arrival or call up Reception. Also only one person manning the pool bar, that same person was making the drinks as well as delivering the drinks, so drinks took a while to arrive. Overall we have already recommended this hotel to friends and hope to return too.

Great facilities particularly with the use of the close by Anantara Hotel. Family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We have stayed here on 2 occasions previously and enjoyed our stays. Unfortunately we found on this visit that the Residences have become too Touristy. The complex now suffers the usual problem of sunbed reserving from 7am in the morning and the pool resembles at times a florida water park with oversized inflatables. There is no management of the sun bed issues or to very late night partying in the pool and around the complex. It's certainly not a relaxing out of town resort anymore which is a real shame. No complaints with the staff at the piazza who were great especially Nuno and Bianca. Housekeeping was not great and it was a shame that this was not rotated daily as we were always the last apartment to be visited, especially when there attendances we around 5pm Courtesy buses to and from the marina was a much improved service and appreciated Thanks
