Great location with excellent facilities. All staff very helpful and pleasant.
The apartments are immaculate and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets close by and the complex has a very limited cafe-bar menu . There is a free shuttle bus to the centre of Villamora but limited to specific times. A taxi cost around £12 Euros each way. I would recommend hiring a car.
Wonderful well equipped apartment including kitchen , ideal for family deciding to self cater, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, balcony overlooking golf course, drying area, excellent key card security arrangement., large lounge. Downside probably reliance on limited shuttlebus service being 4 miles from nearest supermarket if a car is not hired. Both outdoor and indoor swimming pools ( indoor pool heated). Pool side bars providing food and drink. Staff very friendly and, of course, speak excellent English. Operated by Tivoli Hotels who have 2 other hotels, the Anantara Hotel literally next door and theTivoli Marina Hotel in Vilamoura 4 miles away.
Lovely clean accommodation, staff very friendly, shuttle to marina very handy (also included car seat for baby so no need to worry). We hired a car and underground parking was so handy, also nice and secure. Great facilities, cant recommend this place enough. We will be returning.
Great location for golf and to get to Marina - free shuttle is provided taxi costs about 10 euros. You also get access to the wonderful Tivoli Marina hotel and all its facilities as the partnered hotel. Very peaceful and spacious and the WiFi is excellent I will be returning
Brilliantly stay at The Residence. Everything was perfect especially a surprise Birthday cake left for us to help celebrate our daughters 1st. Birthday. Touch of class. Cannot wait to return.

The residance are perfect for families.... Everything you need in your apartment. We did a online groceries shopping.... Which was delivered to the apartment as our flight was delayed. Good indoor pool and kids pool. The hotel next door hasa excellent kids club. Will be back soon thank you :)
We stayed for a week. The facilities were excellent and the place is very clean. While there is a shuttle service into Vilamoura available a car would be of benefit as it is a good distance out.
Good apartment. Nice facilities, but too far from the nicer beaches and a drive from shops. We were well looked after, but I doubt we will return.
