Big hotel, very convenient ski in ski out hotel, just take the lift from your floor and u reach the ski resort immediately:), i mostly happy with the hotel, however, the Onsen is just about 2000 square foot is too small for such a big hotel, even need to wait for the shower stand(being naked and waiting😵‍💫), don't understand why they can't make a bigger Onsen as the hotel is so big

Love the proximity to the gondolas and chair lifts. A fairly big hotel with many different restaurants/dining options for its size. The rooms are typical Japanese style hotel rooms (a bit smaller than the western style hotel rooms). This is reflected in its economical friendly price. The only negative is the very slow and spotty WiFi. Overall, Naeba Prince Hotel is definitely a place I would return to in the future.

Given the restrictions on restaurants' operation, very busy and less options and shops in the hotel were poor about offering, far away from outlets outside the hotel. Felt like very isolated with not good service.

Room not clean or cleaned. Limited service. Nothing open except one expensive restaurant. Obviously they are trying to make and save money. Due to isolation and time of year no convenience store or anything else within walking distance.

Large connected building with ski in out access. Resturants are located inside connecting hotels without having to exit the hotel. Join the free membership for the best price for the lift tickets.

"Only Heater In the Room no Aircon."

Room was dated and there were only heaters in the room.There were two heaters, one was at the top of the room which can be turned off but the other one at the window cannot be adjusted, this make the room overheated.The only choice to cool the room down was opened the window but our room was facing the snow slope,the snow tractor started to work every morning at 4am, which was very noisy. Other than that the hotel was huge, room was clean and the hotel had a lot of restaurants to choose from.

"good hotel "

Hotel is clean and convenient, has a lot of shops and restaurants, also it's right next to ski lifts. However one of the staff is very rude, others are fine.
