4 of us stayed here september weekend made to feel so welcome from arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble for Ivan and Tim. Lovely premises nice and clean, beds very comfy and a great breakfast would definitely come back here when visiting Blackpool This hotel is facing the beach and local for transport Thanks again for a great stay

The host's Ivan and Tim were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean and homely and the room we stayed in was clean and smelled absolutely beautiful, especially the bedding. The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked to how you like it.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.
