Taplow House Hotel & Spa

The hotel was just perfect to unwind. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Overall nice social spaces but both the rooms we had were a bit tired. Window would not lock, access via flat roof outside our window worried us. Taps hard to turn off. Some redecorating needed. Nice food and staff.

The staff were racially discriminative I would be enquiring something with one of the staff members and a white person would walk in then the staff would just abandon me to go tend to them then return to assist me. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing. The room was also spotless clean. The staff that attended to me at the restaurant were also racially discriminative. Overall, the facilities are fantastic. If only the staff members were not racially discriminative, it would have been a 10/10 experience.

The hotel is excellent - I have seen poor reviews - they are so wrong. The hotel , the rooms and the food are superb. The rooms are warm, a bit small but very clean. The good was beyond excellent ..it was delicious in the evening and a proper breakfast in the morning. Really enjoyed the stay. Hanna was excellent,

It took a bit of time to get checked in and the rooms are a bit small but i really liked the hotel.

Everything was absolutely wonderful the only negative was that the suite we stayed in ( Hampton ) is a little bit tired and needed a little TLC

Friendly staff however a couple of them were clearly scared of dogs which seemed odd, as they were on reception, so came across as not very welcoming.

The communal areas particularly the stairs were dated and didn’t get cleaned over the 2 nights we stayed.
