The staff were all really friendly and professional, especially Peter who was always smiling and always ready to help. True Ambassador of the hotel. Thanks Peter

I would have given it 10/10 had it not been for the very poor mattress in the extra bed. I had read the reviews but didn’t expect it would be quite as bad as the other guests had commented. But sadly it really was very bad and VERY uncomfortable. The management should take note and change those extra bed mattresses But couldn’t fault the staff - they were all great

Staff were really attentive and the ground floor is well looked after

Significantly overpriced for the room. The suite was extremely dated and not terrible, but needs an upgrade. The light was hanging off the ceiling, furniture dated, stains on the carpet and the spa wasn’t really ‘a spa’ … more a small sauna and a small outdoor pool. Not a terrible room, but definitely not worth the £300 a night.
