My room was in the second floor after the restaurant the window view is the hotel restaurant so u can’t open the curtains at all There is NO MOBILE NETWORK in the room at all and if u need to make call u need to go out of the hotel , they charge me extra for the room price and when I understand they said ok we will make refund . Careless reception staff .

"Top class butique hotel"

What a nice butique hotel. Wifi works. 2 speed lifts. Quick check-in and chek-out. Cozy small room is small, but big enough for everything, to sleep, to work, to relax and to room-in dining. Very good in room air conditioning, free bottles of water and tea making facilites. Breakfast was suberb, what was the best is they have also small but so good breakfast menu and they come to say to you that breakfast buffet will be closed soon but take now what every you want and don’t hesitate to eat in breakfast room it until you are finish. From Pulkova airport with one bus and two subway and 1 km walk, quite easy and very cheap (80 RUB). Easy to walk everywhere in city centres to see the best turist attractions. Nice tip in near to hotel: Urbanfresco - Open Air Museum, so cool.

"Good location, Great Service and Room View Average"

The service and overall stay was good however the view was not great. The room faced inside the building( towards lift and other rooms) and thus we felt privacy was compromised. We had to always keep the curtains on.
