On our last day of stay, We came to our room after a long day to rest since I was not felling well, Our room was not yet cleaned after 3.30 in the afternoon. When we contacted the front the desk we were told our room is scheduled to be cleaned only after 5.30 in the evening. also awhile I tried to rest they were doing electrical work and most harrible sound of drilling on top of our room and hall way for two hours. when we contacted the management they did not even care. We were there for vacation not to hear drilling sound and stay in a room that was not cleaned.

"Disappointing stay"

condition very worn out, outdated carpet n room design. Very dark corridor. The room is very small. Funny layout. Breakfast choices limited. Would not recommend. Not the typical Radisson hotel.

Excellent service From prompt minor repairs to helping me find my missing cab and printing out train tickets staff was great. Room was pleasantly appointed and breakfast buffet was awe-inspiring. Our tour guy told hotel it was my birthday and a fruit basket and wine magically appeared. I needed the30 minute stroll to the museums to work off the breakfasts!

Приятный отель, чисто, комфортно, хорошие завтраки, дружелюбный персонал. Удобное месторасположение, особенно для любителей пеших прогулок, откуда можно, прогулочным шагом дойти до знаковых достопримечательностей( летний сад, Эрмитаж и т. Д) с удовольствием буду рекомендовать данный отель своим знакомым.
