"GREAT HOTEL"

Stayed twice at this hotel during the World Cup. First time they gave me an upgrade to a business room and was amazing; second time they gave me a standard room at the top floor and it was claustrophobic. Has windows and a column 45 degrees over the bed, very uncomfortable. Everything else is OK.

"Best Value for FIFA World Cup 2018 Visit"

Me, my wife and a group of friends traveled to St. Petersburg for the FIFA World Cup 2018 and stayed at this hotel. While a bit expensive given the event, this hotel was still by far the best value in the city. THe staff was friendly, spoke English, allowed us to check in early, and treated us like valued guests. The hotel had breakfast on site, a sauna, a nice bar area with multiple TVs to watch the futbol matches and overall it was in a fantastic location. Very near to all the FIFA activities and near to all the typical tourist attractions. Overall a great hotel

"Excellent location, bed and shower"

Excellent location, comfortable bed with many pillows and very good hot shower. The tee and free water is a very good up to the hotel, makes the stay a more pleasant. Totally worth it.

"Excellent museum and theater ticket arrangements"

Excellent concierge service to arrange tickets to Hermitage and ballet. Rooms are small and not as opulent as I expected for the price. The hotel restaurant has mediocre food, but location and friendliness of service compensate for any deficiencies in spaciousness.

"Good hotel to stay."

There are few small problems such as old ironing boards and old irons without any steam generation. In the 21st century there is good tone to have new and modern irons in the 4 stars hotels.
