Radisson Sonya Hotel, St. Petersburg

こじんまりとした快適なホテル。フロントスタッフ、レストランスタッフも落ち着いた笑顔で、効率的なサービスを提供してくれます。部屋のワーキングデスクも大きくとても作業しやすい環境。中心街からは少し離れてはいますが、たまたま仕事のパートナーの立地に近く、定宿になりつつあります。

Stay was excellent. Hotel rooms are cozy. Staff is amazingly cooperative. Reception and restaurant staff are able to handle queries in English very well. My room had minor issues which were attended to. Amenities offered were nice.

Siisteys oli erinomainen. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias. Ravintola tasokas ja aamupala monipuolinen ja herkullinen. Sijainti hyvällä paikalla, jossa palvelut lähellä.

Симпатичный отель в неплохом месте, но есть несколько комментариев: 1) слишком мягкая кровать, 2) в моем номере забыли убраться, 3) уборщики заставляют и без того узкие коридоры тележками и пылесосами (не когда в номере убираются, а постоянно стоит в проходе тележка). Спортзал годится для кардио, а на все силовые упражнения несколько гантелей и один монструозный универсальный тренажер

This is a great hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect having never been to Russia. It's as you would expect of any other Radisson - the pictures don't quite do it justice though (looks a little tacky). Great room, great bathroom, plenty of space, quiet, good location. When you check-in they'll ask you if you want to add daily breakfast. I was a little apprehensive, but did it (cost effective to do it when you arrive) and was happy I did. The buffet is great - fresh everything and you can order omelettes etc at request for no extra charge. No complaints whatsoever and would stay here again.

It was a very very nice stay, short but sweet. The staff was very helpful and reliable, especially the girls at the reception who did their best to cater to the needs of guests, whatever be the time of the day,eg helping us find our way in the city with the use of maps, booking taxis for us etc etc.The hotel is very comfortable and well situated,easily accesible from the railway station at 10 minutes walk. We really enjoyed the sauna, included in the package and we appreciated the use of the store room provided by the hotel for keeping our luggage. The only minus point is doing the booking via hotel.com. The prize given to us did not match the prize paid at the hotel. It was slightly higher.so, customers should be careful to avoid misunderstanding at the hotel reception.

Got a free upgrade to business room which included free breakfast in room. Enjoyed stay room and staff both were excellent
