SpringHill Suites Ashburn Dulles North

It was easy to check in and my room was on the far end of the 3rd floor, so it was really quiet so I could relax after traveling and being at an event all day. Next morning, I was awakened by the sunrise, and I didn't think I had an east facing window so it was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delicious and gave me enough energy to drive home that same morning (4 hour trip!)

The shower is kind of slick which makes me a little anxious, and I found that the room was kind of cold, so the rest I got probably wasn't the best, but it was enough to help me get home the next day so I can't complain too much.

It was clean

There was no vent in the toilet room There was no maid service. This morning there was only decaf coffee When I went to check out me and another customer waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk

Spent two nights here. No housekeeping (only only when staying 3 nights or more apparently). That alone makes it average. Hard to get towels even. Room was ok but needs some TLC. Toilets don’t flush well at all. Outlets on both sides of bed would be helpful. Gym had decent equipment.

Amenities listed a pool which is a large part of why we chose this hotel and when we arrived we were told there was no longer a pool. We were knowingly given a room that had a bad AC leak, where the carpet was soaked about two feet from the actual unit. They did rectify the situation by changing our room, however they admitted they knew there was a leak on the floor. New room was not very clean, I had to wipe dirt off of walls and headboard.

Toilet exaust fan doesnt work that stinks.
