The website on booking.com and on the hotels actual website on Google states that there is a pool and there was none. Even at the hotel they still had signs up that pointed where the pool was, I went to the front desk and they never put the signs up yet and stated that there was no pool, and hasn't been one for at least a year, I told them that them having a pool was one of the main reasons I booked with them, the manager didnt even try to accommodate us, he should have refunded my money so my family and I could have booked somewhere else with a pool. I have called corporate to let them know and they said the hotel manger has contacted booking about my complaint, but the hotel manager has not contacted booking back, according to booking. They have not contacted me or have tried to make this right, but they (the hotel) has told corporate that they have. I don't like liars, and its false advertising. As you can see in the picture I screenshot from Google under Marriott it states that this location has an indoor pool. I would have thought they would have taken it down since my complaint, so others won't book this hotel thinking they are going to have a pool.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had to wait a few minutes for our room to be prepped, but I understand since I found out they were fully booked. What I didn’t like was there was NO POOL. The website mentions a pool and there is a sign with directions to a pool, but that leads to a locked door saying “conference room”. I understand, talking to another guest, that shut it down during Covid and never reopened it. So, take that off the website!

No Pool!
