Carillon Beach Inn by Vacasa

The girls at the desk were very sweet. But calling the resort is a nightmare and forget a call back. The resort did not make booking rooms for a destination wedding easy almost impossible. I eventually had to drive four hours to be face to face to sure up plans for 11 rooms. Like I said the ladies at the desk were very helpful honestly that is the only thing the place has going for it.

We did not have a good experience. Management never responded to our concerns. Our room was very dirty. Bug jumped off the sheet when we pulled back the sheet. Pillow covers were stained and looked gross. Poor communication between Expedia the resort and getting back to us. Major updating needs to be done. Replace the carpet. Clean the mold off shower head . If you advertise a room to be nonsmoking, it should be a nonsmoking room. It isn't that smoking is bad, however when someone has an allergy or severe sensitivity to it, you could be causing undue harm. Customer service should be the priority. Your place has a beautiful setting but everything else has been let go. If you're going to advertise something make sure it is true and you will make the customer happy and reap the benefits of return business as well as business growth. Don't just get by, choose to be excellent. Get your vision back. Make the Carillon what was envisioned for her to be when she was an idea on paper.

We loved everything about Carillon Beach! The grounds are gorgeous. The rooms are updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Service was great! It's a little piece of paradise! We will definitely be back!

Good surroundings

I checked in after hours which was very easy but finding the room was difficult. I figured the suite would be bigger but was satisfied overall.

Beautiful area, but the condo needs alot of improvement, it's out dated, need more cleaning up to date kitchen, and furniture.
