Carillon Beach Inn by Vacasa

Don't book this unless there is a really really necessary reason. This is not a hotel, it is a condo according to the Carillon staff. It doesn't have a guaranteed late check in and the check in time isn't until midnight, the office close very early like around 5pm. I won't recommend this to anyone, perhaps you can book hotels nearby that has some staff working there! Not just close at 5pm

I had a view of the lake and was a 3 minute walk to the gulf.

It was a good stay. Very quiet and peaceful. The beach was fantastic!

Bed wasn't great.

Had a fabulous time and resort was excellent! Enjoyed all the restaurants at Rosemary Beach! Highly recommend!

Our room looked like something out of an HGTV show! Adorably decorated with a beach theme and attention to every detail.

The hotel area, pool and lake were beautiful. But, we were disappointed in the room. It was not decorated like the one on the website. Needed to be updatated. We were put in a handicap room with a odd bathroom design and detached vanity and sink in another area. Shower was a walk in, wheelchair accessible with extremely low shower head. Carpet was dinghy and not wood floors as pictures. There was a beautiful large lake but the view was mostly obstructed by trees. The hotel picture on the website was shabby shic decor. Needs new carpet and a refresher. it wouldn't take much to bring the room up to par.

We had a wonderful time. Beach access was great....felt like we were on a private beach.

We had a wonderful time. We were in a as we open the door only to see straight to lake view. The room itself was well kept, cleaned, up to date. We willing definitely be returning to the same location later this year. Everyone was nice and very helpful.

The hotel was very nice and Amanda and Roy were great with their customer service. One opportunity would be to have restroom accommodations at the pool near the beach as there were not any near by. Additionally, the blinds in the rooms did not block out the street lights which made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, a great property and I will stay there in the future.
