Incredible view and location. I felt so lucky to have direct access to the beach, and a heated pool as well was amazing.

The customer service at this hotel could be improved. Little things like fresh ice water or water bottles would be amazing. Why not offer coffee 24/7?

Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival until 1 hour after check-in time, no apologies or credits offered, managers were not available upon request, concierge (male) watched me struggle with luggage cart through double doors, offered no help, very poor customer service. Was told only one vehicle allowed to park on property. Also very surprised a resort of this caliber did not offer continental breakfast.

Excellent location.

Slider door lock was broken and mechanism did not function properly. Was told to park in muni lot, but that access was only during certain hours so we had to move the car twice a day.

Everything was amazing! View was great. Pool and hot tub were great! Only problem was we had two cars and only one car could be on the property & had to park the other car 5 minutes away from the property. But we loved everything about this place very clean and morning staff were amazing! & we’ll definitely be back!

It was perfect

We stayed in the two bedroom standard room and we LOVED the apartment style setup, not to mention there were so many amenities we enjoyed right onsite. It’s also so conveniently placed between a ton of great dining options and activities in the area. We’ll be back!!
