great location....very close to the beach...room had a fireplace that was a very nice feature especially given the cold weather we encountered...loved the townhouse design. Great sunrises and sunsets.

Great beachfront hotel. Despite multiple reviews stating some of the rooms were outdated, we found our room to be in great condition and the decor to be very nice. The overall hotel was very clean and walkable. Unfortunately in the winter the weather didn't allow much time outside but we will return at some point in the future during the summer.

Hot tub was nice and hot. Pool was comfortably warm. View from the room and the amenities were amazing.

The 4pm check-in was later than preferred for us.

We like the location, close to ocean, the room was cute, coffee in the lobby, pool and jacuzzi.

Property shows rooms with views. Club members given priority when assigning rooms(as per desk clerk who explained this to myself as well as another expedia reservationholder) Sorry Expedia customers you can expect a pool structure wall and chlorine smell from the pool Outside your rooms. When we needed help from maintenance the first day there and first time flushing a toilet(clogged drain) snaking of drain was done and mess (dirty plunger from under the sink, as well as spatter on floor and toilet left for us to clean up with whatever we could find in the unit. Plunger under sink should have been a clue for us that this happens often. Staff seems more interested in catering to vacation club members and just uses Expedia to fill empty unsellable rooms to help their bottom line. Save yourself the ulcer and find another property If your not a timeshare holder or vacation club members.

This was a great location for our anniversary weekend. We had a room that was oceanfront. It was perfect! The only problem was that you could hear the people walking around in the room above us at all hours! It was very loud! If it weren't for the soothing sound of the ocean, I might have been more bothered. Also, the heating unit in our kitchen did not work.
