Lake House

Excellent spot

Sabina was a great host. Made sure everything about our stay was perfect. Answered all of our questions about the area. Restaurant was delicious and even had live music Saturday night. Room was perfect and location on the lake is amazing. Loved the common areas on both floors where you can hang out, wish more people did that. Down by the lake they lit fire pits where you could end the day on a perfect note. Very close to Cooperstown (Baseball HOF) and Fly Creek Cider Mill which is not to be missed. Went twice. Will definitely try to go back again soon.

Booked 250 sq ft room with lake view, got half of that size with sky view. Claustofobic, more like a closet. They are counting hallway to the size of the room. Upset Staff friendly. Quiet

Live music, bonfire, kayaks, friendly staff, we loved it.

Second time for us and once again it was like a dream, relaxing on the water, then an awesome country band, finished with fantastic food, kind staff, wine and a great social atmosphere. Asia was phenomenal and everyone looked like they loved coming to the Lake house.

Such a great spot. 2nd year staying here. Rustic, quaint, comfy. We always look forward to that pretty bar, delicious meal, and nice band playing outdoors right up against the lake. Cozy room. Good price.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lake House. The room was cozy and spotless, and the staff were friendly and always helpful with our travel questions. The restaurant was excellent—everything we tried was delicious, especially the French onion soup (a must-try!). Guests can also use the lodge’s kayaks, which I thought was such a wonderful bonus. The location is convenient too—just a short drive from Cooperstown. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay! P.S. My little dog loved it too.
