Gute Lage, sauber, gutes Essen

Laute Reisegruppe, die direkt im Saal unter dem Zimmer laut gefeiert hat. Am Morgen verstopfte die Gruppe die ganze Lobby. Es gab kein Durchkommen zur Reception.. Personal wirkte mässig motiviert. Kommunizierte nur das Nötigste.

Nothing. From arrival it all went downhill

The rececption and breakfast staff were inattentive, forgetful and inexperienced. We also got given a room on arrival, and upon reaching the room found it already filled with another persons belongings. A serious security breach. The reaction of staff was “oh it happens” we got given a new room which was not as nice as the original room we were allocated. Clearly your groups get priority of the upgraded rooms despite paying the same (high) price. Breakfast first day we couldn’t fault, but on the second day we were put in the bar, and just told “there is a table down there for you” not taken to our table. This meant that they then forgot about us for at least 20mins. We asked them twice if they would come and take our order, we were surrounded by tables that hadn’t been cleared. We were glad to leave, we never write reviews but we had to after this experience

Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Frühstücksauswahl war gut, man konnte wählen zwischen warm und kalten Speisen. Das warme Frühstück wurde nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls nach unserem Geschmack. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Das Badezimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und der Mülleimer täglich geleert.

Der Duschkopf konnte nicht bewegt werden.
