**A Truly Relaxing and Family-Friendly Holiday – Highly Recommended!** We stayed at **TUI Blue Palm Garden / Side** for two weeks in **July 2025**, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is extremely **safe**, **clean**, and **family-friendly**—a perfect choice for those traveling with children. It’s not a party hotel, which we appreciated, as it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere where families can truly unwind. The **kids club** deserves special mention. It is very well-organized, trustworthy, and run by a multilingual, professional, and genuinely warm team. The staff engage children with a wide variety of activities throughout the day, and they clearly care deeply about the kids’ safety and enjoyment. The **children’s areas are well-defined and secure**, with free drinks, yoghurts, and ice lollies available. The **main pool**, at 1.40m depth, made us feel especially comfortable, and the presence of **alert lifeguards** around both the pool and beach areas ensured peace of mind for parents. The **TUI customer relations team** (special thanks to **Furkan**!) were constantly present and approachable throughout our stay. They anticipated and resolved any issues immediately with a proactive and friendly attitude. Evening entertainment was well-structured and varied, starting with a kids’ show, followed by a live entertainment programme, live music, and finally a DJ set—each night with a different concept, lasting until 1 a.m. Importantly, none of the evening events disturbed the peace in the rooms, which is a big plus. The only occasional sound was from the **garden irrigation system**, which we didn’t mind. One exceptional highlight was seeing the **hotel’s general manager and leadership team constantly present** throughout the property. Their visibility gave us confidence that the hotel was well-managed and that high standards were maintained in every area. This level of oversight is rare and made a lasting impression on us. If we had to mention one small point of improvement, it would be the **temperature of the main swimming pool**, which felt too warm at times. On the afternoon of **22 July**, the poolside temperature display showed **50°C**, and the water was noticeably heated. Thankfully, the **kids' pool and the water by the baby beds were cooler**, offering a refreshing alternative. To conclude, we highly recommend **TUI Blue Palm Garden** to families seeking a safe, welcoming, and well-organized holiday destination. In addition, our thanks go to Murat, Ömer, ga and Civan. They were all very attentive and kind, and their friendly attitude contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere. Thanks to the entire team for making our experience so enjoyable. We genuinely felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay.

Amazing hotel and holiday!! Reviewing late as forgot to when we visited last year but just reviewed another holiday and thought would do both. We visited summer 2024 as a family. Could not fault anything. Room great as 2 bed family room. Service great. Pool although only has one was great with enough sunbeds and a few slides. Food was very nice and plenty of choice. Deserts and ice cream was really nice. Only downside for us was the entertainment as would have preferred more outside shows as we have had in other hotels for something to watch of an evening. Some nights only had live music on. Beach and pool party’s were brilliant though. Beach is pebbles which didn’t bother us too much but does hurt your feet so may need beach shoes. Float in the water was good for kids. We would definitely return to this hotel. We just returned from another hotel which was 5* we booked due to location more in side but would not return and would rather the better hotel and service and just travel into the town. 5*

Palm Gardens First time we have stayed at a Tui Blu hotel and we were not disappointed. Arrival time I to Antalya was early hours of the morning, to avoid delays in transfer we arranged a private transport firm. This took about an hour and 10 due to a stop off on route (this is where they all seem to stop over in the hope you spend some money). On arrival at the hotel, there were snacks available with soft and alcoholic drinks available. Turkish tea being brought to us whilst completing the paperwork. I think they could tell we just needed sleep and made it as painless as possible. The variety of food at breakfast was very good and staff very tentative serving you drinks at your table, used plates cleared away in a timely manner. We noticed on the first day that the pool sun beds seemed to go very quickly, we went down to the beach part and managed to gain a few sun beds. The beach was a mixture of sand and small stones with a pier that you could entry the water via steps at the end, no diving allowed. It was quite choppy mid morning to mid afternoon most days. It was nice to have the Tui guides walking around and a very big shout out would go to….

From the minute we got out of our taxi transfer we were treated like VIP’s, our suitcases were whisked off to our apartment and we were given a welcome of refreshing Turkish tea. The staff simply cannot do enough for you and will endeavour to make your holiday one that you will not forget. Special mention to Serpil in the restaurant who knew our drinks order by day two and would replace them without us needing to ask. Our apartment was a short walk away from the swimming pool, bar and restaurant which we were thankful for when needing some peace and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and there are plenty of spaces to find shade. The housekeeping staff ensure the rooms immaculate, and any problems or issues are dealt with immediately. There are so many activities on every day to suit everyone, from little tots to adults. My husband and son loved the archery. There are local shops nearby to grab a souvenir. The only thing that would put us off coming back here was the amount of German people, who we found to be rude to staff and other visitors. Thank you Palm Garden for a week of amazing memories.

1st July - 11th July. I honestly cannot fault a thing at this hotel. Rooms immaculate, toilets everywhere immaculate, food so varied that you could have 3 different meals every night! Staff attentive and friendly. Room 2317, very quiet and equidistant to lobby and pool. Best hotel I have ever stayed in and seriously considering breaking my own rule and returning next year!

A beautiful hotel, grounds are very well kept, sunbeds and pool areas cleaned each night, saw food areas being throughly cleaned in between each food service. Room very clean and tidy housekeeping team are lovely. We arrived late 1am and still was offered a 3 course hot meal which was lovely, all food was delicious so so much choice, clearly labelled and food for the fussiest of eaters, the children’s food area is a great idea too. Bahar in the restaurant is a lovely lady aways so happy and welcoming as is every single staff member at palm garden nothing is too much trouble, it’s not everywhere you go and your drinks are brought to you without asking. The cats on site are so sweet and it’s nice to see that they are looked after, it’s not everyday you get a cat snuggle up on the sunbed with you, we never had a problem getting 3 sunbeds each morning either. Was lucky to see the tortoise taking its evening walk. When we arrived we was very warmly welcomed with drinks and the reception smells amazing, we was also waved off on our departure day. I would recommend getting a private transfer, but can’t fault the transfer we had, it also makes you see how beautiful palm garden is when stopping at other hotels. The shopping centre across the road has some good stuff in it. This hotel is so peaceful even if there is lots of children about, in the 10 days I don’t think we heard any shouting. Our little girl loved the shows in the evening as did we and she also was very excited for the pool and beach party on a Thursday. The blue guides check in regularly which is nice. A great big thank you team Palm Garden We would definitely come back.

Truly Relaxing Stay at TUI BLUE Palm Garden Our stay at TUI BLUE Palm Garden was simply wonderful. The resort is stunning, with lush gardens, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The highlight for us was definitely the spa area – a beautifully designed, calming space that offers complete relaxation. We loved the traditional Turkish hammam and the massages were absolutely amazing – professional, soothing, and exactly what we needed to unwind. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and self-care, this hotel – and especially its spa – is an excellent choice. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming of coming back.

When going on a vacation I was worried that things can be not as good as in reviews because hotel is 4 stars and we always visited only 5 starts hotels in Turkey, so we have experience with different all inc hotels. But this holiday was more than what we expected! Hotel is super clean, really nice smell at the reception. Everything was perfect; from greeting us at night at the reception and offering warm dinner at the restaurant to waving us goodbye when our transfer was leaving (we recommend to get private transfer to save your time, it was approx 1.20 min with private transfer) Our room was upgraded and we got spacious 2 bedrooms room, which was new, light and clean(airco works perfectly) Food was perfect: a lot of choice, different sorts of meat, fish, vegetables, desserts, grill etc, vegetarian options, children’s table. And food was very high quality, not fat or too oily, or spicy/salty. There were always free beds at the beach! Beach itself is not very comfortable because of small stones but if you swim from pier it’s fine. There was also beach bar where bar lunch was also served and was easy to get a drink for at the beach. Personnel is always busy: cleaning, taking care of territory and guests, really friendly and not noisy, waiters always offering a drink at breakfast (always fresh cappuccino/latte, fresh orange juice or smoothy), lunch or dinner. Be aware that hotel is really full of families with small children, so don’t expect crazy parties after midnight, and even though hotel is really family and children oriented you don’t see crowds or hear noise. Everything about your stay can be found in the app, super easy and convenient. We enjoyed our stay, we’re amazed that this hotel is not 5 stars, because service and facilities are definitely 5 stars!
