"Big recommend, especially with kids"

10.0

We had a wonderful stay here and are very satisfied with our experience. The accommodation is truly perfect for families with kids, but also enjoyable for adults. Some highlights: Family-friendly: Plenty of highchairs, a kids’ menu that older children can use on their own, and even drawing/coloring spaces during meals. Kids will be entertained for sure, while parents can relax. Details that matter: There are so many small touches that make a big difference, showing real attention to detail. Pools & fun: The big pool is heated (a huge plus), and there are three different water slides. Even the sea area has equipment for adults to enjoy, so it’s fun for everyone. Nature & surroundings: Beautiful nature, a nice beach, and not too crowded—exactly what we wanted. Food: Excellent variety. I personally loved the seafood (always available), but there were also plenty of meat, vegan, and other options to suit every taste. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. We had two situations that were our fault, and both were handled quickly and professionally. Cafés & atmosphere: Lovely ambiance, very clean, and overall a pleasant environment. We're already thinking about coming again next year!

A couple of small things to keep in mind: cleaning was done later in the day, which sometimes clashed with our kids’ nap schedule—but this might be something you can coordinate with the staff. Also, one downside is that there were a few of small ants in our room, but it wasn’t a big issue as we were surrounded with nature.

Alles wie immer, wir kennen die Anlage schon etwas länger. Es ist immer wieder lustig, wenn die Kinder alte Cocktails bestellen, die nicht mehr auf der Speisekarte stehen (z.B. "Ice Age"). Sie bekommen die Getränke dann trotzdem. :)

Spacious and very green campus with low-rise buildings. Professional management, very kind staff, good food. I usually don’t write reviews unless the place is special — and this one truly is. We will definitely come back

"An amazing stay at an amazing hotel"

10.0

What can we say about the TUI Blue Palm Garden? It was without a doubt the most amazing holiday we have ever had as a family. We chose the Palm Garden as we have two 17 year old sons, a 9 year old daughter and a 6 year old son. The hotel activities catered for all of their needs and every day was an adventure for them. Our younger children loved the kids club and we have to say thank you to Lollipop, Spaghetti, Popcorn, Bolognese, Sevgi and Arda aka Tall handsome guy. You all made their holiday amazing. A special thank you must also go to Omer from the swim school. Our children grew in confidence in the pool under his amazing tuition and we can never thank him enough. Before the holiday we watched the promotional video and we were so excited but a little sceptical and thought that the special treatment that the trio received in the video was purely because they were promoting the hotel. How wrong we were. We arrived at around 11:30 pm and we were greeted by the hotel manager, Mehmet. He told us to make our way to the restaurant because they had prepared food for us. Our bags were taken to our rooms and we all jumped into the golf cart and were whisked down to the restaurant. The food was amazing and every day we were treated to exceptional food. We can honestly say that we do not have the words to describe how great the food is at the TUI Blue Palm Garden. Make sure you try the chef's plate at least once, it is incredible and the BBQ and Levante are excellent. Because our children were so happy it actually allowed us to have some time together each day and remember what it's like to be a couple. We relaxed by the pool and the beach and treated ourselves to a daybed. We tried archery with Omer who is a great teacher, we toured the garden with the Yusuf the Head Gardener who you can tell loves his job. Every staff member you encounter seems genuinely happy to be a part of the hotel team and because they are happy it projects outwards and helps make the stay more memorable. The TUI Blue Guides are just amazing. Melisa was such a great help arranging the BBQ booking and Levante as the app would only provide dates after we were leaving. She worked her magic and arranged alternative dates in minutes. She is a star. A special mention must go to Zeynap. Our daughter and youngest son had seen her on the YouTube video and in their eyes Zeynap was a famous personality. Well that isn't far from the truth. She is just the most lovable person at the hotel. She treated Daisy and Noah like they were her own family and made them feel so very special. She even gave them a parting gift which I know they will treasure for a long time. The cleaning staff must also be praised for keeping the hotel in immaculate condition. It is spotless. With so many guests it is amazing how they keep the entire place so clean. Our hotel rooms were also kept spotless and we are ashamed to say we never got to know her name but the cleaner for villa 21 needs special praise. Mehmet, your hotel is amazing, your staff are amazing and you all helped our family have the greatest holiday we have ever had. Another guest told us that the world is too big a place to visit the same place twice. The TUI Blue Palm Garden is an exception to that rule. We were blown away by every aspect of our holiday and we will definitely be back at some time in the future because of how special you all made us feel. Thank you again Patrick, Anne, Henry, Finn, Daisy and Noah

"Resort for everyone"

10.0

Tui review I’m not normally one to write a review; however, after the amazing service we received at Palm Gardens, I feel obligated to share our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely return in the future. The hotel caters to everyone and I’m confident that any family, couple or traveller would have a great holiday. Below, I’ve given some more detailed information on various aspects of our experience that I think would be good to know before booking. Accessibility I never believed I would be able to go on a holiday; however, thanks to the hotel's staff's consideration, I was able to make some happy memories with my family that will last forever. As someone living with ASD, I have very unique needs around catering, which have prevented me from going abroad. I require specific foods at certain times, and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Staff were more than happy to provide me with food from the kitchen not available at mealtimes, such as avocados or berries, and were able to provide egg white omelettes on request. They were approachable and more than willing to adapt to meet my needs (with help from Google Translate). This experience was mirrored by a family with a celiac child who was made gluten free pancakes on request. The hotel also has a hoist and is nice and flat, so it is ideal for wheelchair users. Airport We flew from Bournemouth, a local airport, which saved us £300 on the holiday. This airport was very small and there were, unfortunately, delays. We still believe this was worth the savings. On the other hand, Antalya international was ENORMOUS and very efficient, almost worth an excursion for shopping! Activities The hotel had an extensive daytime activity program offering exercise classes, activities for both younger children and teenagers and a fruit carving session, which is a must. It is worth noting that you can book activities before you arrive by putting in 0 for your room number to avoid disappointment. The instructors were friendly, motivating and upbeat, making classes fun; however, I do think they need to offer lower impact adaptations and a cool down. We enjoyed the bike ride; however, the smallest bike offered is a men’s medium, so I’d recommend asking to check out the bikes early if you’re a teen or a petite girl like me. The hotel could really do with getting some women’s bikes or putting a height limit on the description. The fruit carving was a unique experience, and as so much of the programme is active, it would be great if it were offered 2-3 times a week or if more places were offered, perhaps by advertising it as a couple’s activity. There’s tennis, table tennis, pool and many other activities you don’t have to book. Whether you’re a beach bum or not, you will not be bored. We did one excursion to Side, which was great. The tour guide was very informative, and we could have easily spent the whole day exploring the ancient city and local bars. There are activities like boat rides for couples, a canyon tour with a BBQ we loved the look of and some water activities for adrenaline junkies. The hotel also offered a ‘VIP’ shopping experience, which is basically a free taxi to a shopping centre of choice. We would capitalise on this in future. Unfortunately, we found the evening activities a bit lacklustre and far too late. Perhaps it would be better to have a dance show or live music and start the evening activity earlier at 10 pm, as opposed to 11, when many people would be ready for bed. The hotel could benefit from music in the turtle bar in the afternoon. Food This is not marked as a foodie holiday for nothing! Breakfast was amazing, featuring yoghurt, cereal toppings, fresh fruit and even a honeycomb in addition to a freshly prepared omelette station, cured meats, fish, cheeses and eggs of all types, along with pancakes, waffles and a wonderful array of breads and pastries. You couldn’t ask for more. Lunch and dinner featured fresh meats, fish and several vegan options with breads, salads, chips, and a daily special. Fillet mignon, grilled salmon, and lamb chops all in one night. What more could you ask for? The Chinese food at lunch was exceptional, and we particularly enjoyed the roast chicken and mezzes at dinner. You will be spoilt for choice. The turtle bar also offered jackets, BBQ meat and salads from 12-16:00. This was also delicious. Staff didn’t mind you taking food away, so we were able to take food from Turtle Bar to the restaurant and vice versa to enjoy the best of both. It also meant we could pack meals to take out for excursions- MASSIVE cost saver. We booked the BBQ and were spoiled with lots of tasty meats and a beautiful view. Although we booked the à la carte, we cancelled since we enjoyed the buffet so much. The grab-and-go bar is always stocked with deli-style sandwiches, overnight oats, fruit, coffee, cakes, and ice cream, which are offered in the afternoon. The children’s bar serves frozen yoghurt and ice cream all day. Mocktails, cocktails, coffee and lots of other beverages are available on tap. We definitely had very happy tummies! Facilities The hotel is clean, green and very well maintained. The grounds and rooms are stunning, and the staff go above and beyond to keep the resort in top condition. The wildlife certainly agrees, watch out for the tortoise and hedgehog. The pool and sea are so warm and inviting. The gym is very small, but it does (it’s also open 24/7, not 7-10 as advertised). The spa offers lovely massages, and there is a hairdresser and doctor on-site, which is a plus. Outside, there are a few bazars and a stall selling the BEST tasting coconuts. Even if you don’t go on an excursion, you can get your shopping fix.

"An outstanding hotel"

10.0

What an unbelievable place this is. The whole hotel is beautiful and so well kept. I had reservations about going to Turkey. I had seen lots of very large hotels with huge water parks attached to them which filled me with dread. However, Palm Garden is the exact opposite. Nestled in beautifully landscaped grounds are lots of two floor buildings containing all the rooms. Due to the size of the buildings there was never much noise. We were never disturbed by doors slamming or furniture being dragged across the floor - we slept peacefully every night! The pool is huge and surrounded by lots of subbed and sun shades. We never competed for a sun bed and were able to secure one most mornings. Beds were also readily available every day on the beach which we made use of. The food is probably the best we've had at an All Inclusive hotel. The range and choice were excellent but so was the cleanliness. Our room was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. Our children had a separate bedroom and each had a comfortable bed plus plenty of space to unpack their belongings. We also had a huge bed and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. Our room was cleaned every day and we couldn't fault the cleanliness. Whilst we were there our daughter celebrated her 10th birthday; we returned from the beach to find the bed decorated with a handwritten note and a little dream catcher which had been gifted to her. Such a thoughtful gesture which she was so grateful for. The entertainment was varied and fun - our children enjoyed watching the shows and then wandering up to the air conditioned lobby bar to play pool in the games room. They also enjoyed an evening walk around the mall - many a football shirt was purchased! We loved Palm Gardens! As a rule, we never go back to a hotel - the world is big and we want to see as much of it as possible, but I can see us breaking this rule for this hotel. It is so special and we'd return without hesitation.

"Excellent Stay Overall but Unacceptable Driver Attitude on Departure Day"

8.0

the food was excellent, and the entire restaurant team was amazing, always smiling and welcoming. The shows were great and even our kids loved them. We liked the hotel itself very much; the room was a bit small but convenient and modern. The pool was great, though a bit warm. The animation team, especially for activities, was excellent, we could feel the hotel’s energy and hard work. All sports activities were fantastic, with water polo and beach volleyball being my favorites. There are details in this hotel I haven’t seen in other 5-star hotels, even other TUI Blue properties, which make a real difference. For this reason, I still strongly recommend this hotel despite the issues I faced. Excellent stay overall, and I hope to be back. Special thanks to Furkan Bey who was very nice and helpful during our stay,

We stayed 6 days in this hotel and, overall, our experience was very good, but our last day was spoiled by an unpleasant incident with the buggy driver, “Ayhan.” On departure day, under 45°C heat, I called reception to request a buggy from Building 27 (the farthest from reception) to the parking. Since we were 5 people, I suggested he make two trips, which he reluctantly accepted. The first trip with my kids went fine, and I asked him to return for my wife and her sister. We waited over 15 minutes, only to see he had taken another family instead. This delay made us late for the airport. When he finally drove them, he reportedly drove too fast and nearly hit other guests. Upon arrival, after my wife thanked him in Turkish, he shouted “THANK YOU!” at my sister-in-law in an aggressive tone, claiming they hadn’t thanked him very unprofessional. On arrival day, Mrs. Ayla also sent us to our room without offering a buggy, despite the long distance and extreme heat with two young children. For a 5-star TUI Blue hotel, such behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
