TUI BLUE Palm Garden

Our second time staying here, we don’t normally like returning but it was so good first time we returned this year. Even before we arrived the service was outstanding, we contacted the Hotel about our daughter’s Birthday which was the day we arrived, they put us in touch with the Blue Team who sorted a cake and a decorated Table for our evening meal. The hotel is spotless, there is always people walking round cleaning, the grounds are beautiful and the gardeners are constantly keeping the gardens pristine. The food is by far the best we have had in an all inclusive hotel, there is something for everyone, even if your kids are fussy eaters there is always something available for them to eat. Only thing i think was missing is a bit of gentle (not loud)music around the pool area, but that’s just my preference. All in all the hotel and all the staff are the best we have experienced.

I had very high expectations of this hotel, as the reviews are excellent, but I faced an incredibly boring experience with a staff that was overly German-oriented, as well as entertainment and atmosphere. Never was in such a boring all-inclusive hotel in my life. No music, no activities, no nothing, to have some fun, you have to really look around for them. I spent £2000 on top of what I had already paid for an all-inclusive service. A good amount went to extra drinks, which I paid for, as local alcohol was terrible and I could not drink it. Then I spent a lot on water sports activities, as that was the only form of entertainment available nearby—just a really boring place for real. And if you don't speak German and wanna feel some discrimination on this, you are welcome there - even a few staff members were extremely surprised that I don't speak German and took it even like rudeness if I spoke English. And one only Turkish/German speaking employee came to me and, in a really rude way, using Google Translate, asked me to leave 10 stars to the hotel as this is important for them - are you OK? I generally wasted one week of my life, but I gained valuable experience and had fun with nice water sports. My daughter also felt the same way, but after a few days, she found a teens club with Kamil, and they had a lot of fun together with a bunch of other teens, and apparently, they had the best holidays ever together, but not because of the hotel, but because of Kamil and the other teens Otherwise Food - really good, fresh, with an excellent variety and choice Rooms - clean, good-sized, family rooms are really well organised Evening entertainments - good organised, had some fun on them, but again kids shows only for Germans and our kid was forced to be outside of fun as I'm sorry - we don't speak German So, I generally can't give more than four, as this was my worst experience in an all-inclusive so far

Fabulous hotel! Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful and all seemed to genuinely love children! Rooms were spacious, gardens were beautiful and the three different pools are ideal for young children. We all enjoyed the nighttime entertainment and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Its so hard reading reviews from many people with different expectations as to how well a venue performs. In short, I work in hospitality and always see "behind the scenes" from front of house through to the young commis Chef in the kitchen. I absolutely LOVED every aspect of this hotel, which has left a lingering passion to return. The Health, Fitness and Natural Holistic approach of the Hotel is the best I have ever experienced and certainly sets the standards other venues should aspire to achieve. Many staff members have been working there for years and genuinely really appear to enjoy it. I went with my wife and 2 children (9 &1 1 yrs). The only (very slight) downside, was my children were both a little too young for kids club, but not old enough for the older events such as archery/mountain biking (16 yrs), however, the pool won them over, as did the beach and ice creams (Callippo's available upon request!). We took euro's to spend (Lira is frowned upon) where we had a great shopping experience in the supermarket outside the hotel entrance. NO HAGGLING required! all clothes/footwear/handbags are priced up, where we were VERY pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the designer labels and sporting goods/kits and dresses. Personally, should we decide to return, we will purchasing many of our clothes from the same supermarket and not in the UK, as it was easily on par with NEXT and TK Maxx, sixes from XS to 5XL! Having been home for 3 weeks now, the items worn and washed are in great condition and remain high quality. In short, if you want amazing/stunning food, warm friendly staff, a spotless hotel, (the tap water is filtered 5 times), love your Barista Coffee, Gym, Yoga and Turtles/ Hedgehogs and clean, tamed well fed cats, then don't hesitate to book. Cautionary Notes : SUN EXPRESS is subcontracted by TUI (similar to Ryan air - absolute no frills/tv). Log in to their site to book seats (£££) and for check-in, otherwise you pay at the airport! Coach Transfer: We were drop off number 5 of 9 - we spent 3 hrs in total on coach and also had to wait for late flight arrivals. (Transfer from airport is 1 hr 20 mins). Will definitely be budgeting up for a private transfer! Antalya Airport is VERY expensive for food/drink (McDonalds can cost up to Euro20 just for chicken nuggets) 16 Euro for a plain croissant! - be aware!
