TUI BLUE Palm Garden

🥵 Lukewarm Experience at TUI Blue Palm Garden ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Just got back from a week at TUI Blue Palm Garden, and while it wasn’t a bad holiday, it definitely didn’t live up to the hype. Pool: Honestly felt like stepping into a giant bath. Way too warm to be refreshing, especially in the heat. A cool dip would’ve made all the difference. Sunbeds: If you’re not up before 8 a.m. to claim a lounger with your towel, forget it. The “towel wars” are real, and it’s frustrating to start your day that way. Dining: The buffet was okay but repetitive. If you want to try the à la carte restaurants, book them as soon as you arrive—and even then, good luck getting a table. It felt like a lottery. Main Bar: Could really use some fans or air circulation in the evenings. It gets uncomfortably hot, and sitting there for a drink isn’t exactly relaxing. Overall: Not terrible, but not somewhere I’d return. There were some nice moments, but too many little annoyances added up. If you’re after a truly relaxing break, you might want to look elsewhere.

Well what can I say , amazing amazing amazing , from the minute we arrived we were treated so well , didn’t touch our bags that was all taken care of ,we were ushered in to reception given a refreshing drink filled out a form and everything was explained , we were then taken to our room (1314) on a solar powered electric buggy again bags were taken in to the room and the aircon and safe operations were explained Room was spotless as it was our anniversary the bed had love hearts out of towels and love spelt in petal a lovely touch , thank you for that , rooms cleaned every day cleaning staff were very friendly Food ! What a selection there’s something for every one and it’s piping hot , from fish to meats to salads ,even the fussiest of eaters would find something There’s is something being cooked all day long ,once breakfast is done in the restaurant then they start the lunch stuff at the purple turtle , again a variety of light bites ,pizzas ,Burgers pitta etc all very tasty Lunch and dinner in the main restaurant what a culinary delight ,again such a selection all piping hot ,the waiting staff are all very friendly On the whole from the reception ,bar staff to the cleaners and the gardeners are so friendly But I have to say my biggest shout has got to go to the lovely Bengusu in the upstairs entertainment area , she was so bubbly and friendly , we had many laugh's together , she looked after us incredibly , she said that we were a lovely couple and wanted to have a photo taken with us My only regret is that we didn’t get the photo with her ! Thank you Bengusu you really completed our stay there Been home for week and Already looking at booking for next year All round an incredibly amazing place and experience

Everything was fantastic - comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff members, yummy food, fun entertainment, loads of things to do, great fun for kids and adults. We've had excellent holidays!

I honestly cannot find anything I didn't like

Tolles Hotel, alles entspannter als in anderen türkischen Hotels. Wir kommen wieder! Pool ist leider zu flach und deswegen im Sommer zu warm aber dafür schön warm im Herbst. Da wünschte man mehr Abkühlung und tiefere Bereiche. Die Poolparty ist naja, entweder Poolparty oder Autorennen aber nicht beides, lautes gesabbel von dem Moderator nervt, da sollte man sich lieber mit den Poolgästen beschäftigen. Würde ich sofort ändern. Ansonsten gibt es nichts negatives in diesem Hotel und wir waren rund um glücklich.

We loved this hotel. Family of four, two 12 year olds. The food was outstanding, so fresh and so much choice. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Night time entertainment was good, we enjoyed the pool party and bands. Service was absolutely spot on. Loved every minute!

Absolutely wonderful holiday here. The staff are so lovely and hard working. They really take pride in showing off their home to you. Special thanks to the lady who makes the omelettes each morning! Huge variety of food for all tastes. My son is severely allergic to nuts and he ate well all week without issues. The rooms are spacious- we had 2 bedrooms between 5 of us. Top tip would be to take half as many clothes (place is super casual) and twice the amount of sunscreen. The pool is massive and allows floats and pool toys so bright those if you have them otherwise there is a shop at the hotel selling them

This was our 4th trip to palm garden, the last one being in 2022. Glad to say the hotel hasn’t changed, the high standards of cleanliness, food and staff in all areas is the same. Will miss all the amazing food. As pescatarians there is an amazing choice. Was good to see vegan and gluten free alternatives too. We usually come in June or September so found the weather a bit too hot and the pool was too warm as a result. We used the beach and sea more for this reason. Wish it wasn’t as hard work to get in and out the sea but you can’t have everything. Love that the manager regularly walks around chatting to guests and making sure everything is ok. The exercise classes are amazing. We took part in Thera band, aqua trampoline, aqua spin and Pilates. There are so many classes on offer which can be booked on the app. The instructors at the classes were excellent, sorry I do t know their names to thank. Entertainment at night was good for us with shows, live music and we loved the pool and beach party. We love going to different places on holiday but if we are in need of rest and a chilled vibe this is our go to hotel. I’m sure we will be back again
