TUI BLUE Palm Garden

Das wird nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein! Wir, junge Familie mit 1,5 jährigen Kind, sind hellauf begeistert von diesem Hotel. Sehr sauber, sehr kinderfreundlich, fantastisches Essen und eine liebevoll gepflegte Hotelanlage. Es geht kaum besser!

I will try to keep this as short as possibly but really could go on for ever about how good this place is. A brilliant hotel, with impeccable service throughout. Food is as good as you will find anywhere in an all inclusive buffet restaurant. They cater for everybody. I have been in a lot of five star hotels where the food is nowhere near as good as here. A la Carte restaurant is nice and the beach BBQ is amazing. The gym is great and has everything you need to work out. The activities are non stop and extremely varied. Again, something there for everyone. However, if you don't want to participate, you will be left alone. Booking system on the app for this is perfect. Pool is busy but getting a sunbed never an issue. Plenty room at the beach as well. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, and the friendliness and helpfulness of everybody. Nothing is too much trouble. That stems from the top and the manager, Mehmet, is always visible on site and can regularly be seen chatting to guests. A lovely man, who is obviously very passionate about what he does. Everything is geared up to make your holiday as special as possibly and they even have customer service staff being pro active with guests - asking about their experiences, checking everything is OK with room etc and asking how they can improve. All staff are great but I have to give a special mention to Yilmaz in the lobby bar - such a happy friendly guy, and always keen to look after his customers. Gardens are beautiful and constantly maintained. Really stunning. Rooms are spotless - as is everywhere on site - and are cleaned thoroughly every day. We were in a family room in block 13- room 1321 - which was spacious and easy to access everywhere from there. It's really hard to find fault with the hotel. If you are considering this for an upcoming holiday, do yourself a favour and book it. You won't be disappointed. Thank you TUI Blue Palm Garden. You simply have the best customer service.

This hotel is lovely. From the moment we got there the staff were caring and considerate. We arrived around 2am and were greeted with food and drink. We arrived on my birthday and when we got to our room, there was a beautiful towel display with a card wishing me a happy birthday. There was entertainment every night and at times throughout the day such as aqua aerobics, water polo, mini golf, table tennis that you could go to at any time, as well as other activities you could book. On the beach they had opportunities for paragliding and booking jet skis. The food in the hotel was great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had a variety of meals to choose from, reception had sandwiches to help yourself to when you wanted and you’re offered a night at a beach bbq as well as in the hotel restaurant. Staff in the hotel were great. They helped with any queries we had and always made sure you had a drink while eating. The one and only thing holding me back from going again is the 2hr transfer to and from the airport, although this may be shorter with a private transfer.

Just come back 13th September from this lovely place. Well worth a visit, the place is spotless and food fantastic. Friendly atmosphere with lovely pool and beautiful gardens. Can't fault the layout and staff are wonderful, Camille our cleaning lady was fabulous. Will definitely be going back🇹🇷😊

Fabulous layout of accommodation , it didn’t feel overcrowded and the planting was a joy to walk through each day . Plenty of activities for families. However the hogging o sun beds by laying towels early was disgraceful!! Not only around the pool but also on the beach some beds lay empty for most of the day and were in prime positions . The food from a vegetarian point of view was excellent . However for members of our group who ate meat were disappointed with the quality of and toughness ! Otherwise a very successful time

I love this place. The food and the service is great and this is a perfect place for a foodie. Location is somewhat off, but I was just looking for a place where I could relax and just enjoy being there in the moment. I love the pier by the beach too and possibility to sit in the shade under the sunroof. This place has my warmest recommendations for people looking for good food, sun and relaxation.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, ständig wird alles gereinigt, die Wege, am Buffet etc. Der Strandbereich ist auch sehr gepflegt.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr auf junge Familien mit Kindern ausgelegt. Das (Abend-)programm ist mau. Halbnackte Menschen nehmen ihren Mittags-/Nachmittagssnack an der strandnahen Bar ein, ohne Bekleidung, obwohl ein Schild darauf hinweist sich aus Respekt vor den anderen Gästen zu bedecken. Leider wird das durch das Personal nicht verfolgt.

We arrived at 2:30am local time having got a private transfer from the airport (we learned our lesson last year) upon arrival we were met with the same friendly smiles and warmth at last year. We were offered food but declined due to wanting to get to bed. The room was clean and was cleaned every day we were there. A little tip, in the wardrobes are duvets as the beds have only a top sheet on. The food is excellent and there is plenty of choice for every meal. The deserts are delicious. The waiting staff in the restaurant make sure you have a drink and as soon as you finish they ask if you want another one. Food can also be found at the purple turtle bar and they serve burgers, Jacket potatoes and a smaller selection of what is available in the main restaurant. Re drinks, there is plenty on offer that is included. The beer that is part of the all inclusive is called Effes. It’s not to my taste. If you want premium alcohol with spirits and certain cocktails then it’s extra to pay. There are 3x pool’s, one for babies that is very shallow, a kids pool that is slightly deeper and has slides and then the main pool which has 5 slides. As we went in August the pool was warm and like getting into a warm bath. There is some form of aqua aerobics every day at around 11:30am; this is the only time that music is played by the pool. Like other reviews I would have preferred some music at other times but it didn’t bother me. We were by the pool for around 8:30am every morning on the way to breakfast and managed to get 3x sunbeds every day with no issues. There are also beds by the sea so there is plenty to choose from. The kids club is great, there are morning and afternoon activities that have to be booked via the Blu app. There is a kids disco every night (except for Sunday when there was family movie night) and a kids show on a Friday where kids can be part of the show. The evening entertainment is kids disco at 8pm for 30 mins or so and then a show at 9pm. There could be more on offer in the evenings in my opinion but that’s just my opinion. There is either a pool party or beach party once a week. It seems to rotate every week. Staff are very friendly, I noticed that they have name badges with the languages they speak on, so there are staff that do speak English. There is a small shop on site where you can buy toiletries including suncream and toothpaste and pool lilo and snacks such as crisps and sweets. Prices are in Euro’s or Turkish Lira. Outside of the complex is a ‘supermarket’ where you can go shopping. This is around 200 yards across the road. They have plenty of football kits to buy that are around £8 for a kids shirt and shorts. They also have jewellery and handbags When it came to leave we rang to reception and arranged for our bags to be collected. We then got a private transfer back to the airport. This was the 2nd time in 2 years that we have been and it was just as good as the first time.
