Property Notes

-Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite. -Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One-Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. -Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £250 when staying for any length of stay in a Two-Bedroom Suite or Executive Two-Bedroom Suite f. - Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards. -Supercity Apart hotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges. -Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee. -Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. -Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. -This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. -Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
