Great location and room was fantastic, clean and spacious

Check in was very slow, with very little communication from the person. We stood for 30 minutes and didn’t really understand why. another member of the team came to help and then it was sorted. He was fantastic.

Wonderful views from high floor livingroom and bedroom balcony. Super comfortable environment and loverly helpful staff.

Just a couple of very minor comments: Tiny easy-fixes could make it totally perfect: Bedroom sockets could be better positioned slightly highher away from the night table, as they are currently too close not allowing for enough space for the them to be usable. Additional sockets somewhere central in the livingroom would be useful. The black-out curtains hang a little too low so the let a line of light come through above them. Little fixes that would make a big difference.

Everything! Spacious clean and comfortable.

The underground car park.. you need to be a confident driver and ideally drive a small car.. Maneuvering down off the ramp into a right angled parking slot between two pillars is not for the inexperienced driver.
