Very clean and fresh with newly refurbished room

Cost of breakfast of 65 for a young adolescent is too much

Location was good, Food was very good.

Line was past the shop and near the stairs therefore a 20 minute wait for table.

Family Room Suite arrangement was perfect for our family. Bathrooms were large and spacious Balcony and view was decent Staff were very attentive, approachable and friendly Buffet breakfast was fantastic, great range and fresh

We stayed on level 4. One of the rooms was next to the lifts and it was quite noisy. Also noise/music from downstairs bar could be heard in the evening Bathroom tapware was very inconveniently placed right in the corner of the basin Fridge was not functioning and things put in froze! Daily cleaning was sub optimal - just changed towels, made up bed and cleared bins. No attempt to clean, mop or vacuum floors, Turnover at buffet breakfast was slow. People lining up, but there were tables available inside

View and location. Also staff were friendly and attentive.

Rooms' conditions which they were not clean. One of the rooms (1402) had damp smell throughout.

The location is very centralised. Close to the buggy hire, close to the marina and have both blue and green shuttle bus available. They have arrival/departure lounge to put stuff in a safe locker while waiting for checkin. The room is really clean. The view is amazing and literally smack-bang in the middle of the Catseye beach. I reckon this hotel has the best view of the island. I really appreciate how they give complimentary bubbles as I checked into my hotel room on my birthday week.

I wonder if the hotel corridor interior could be upscale to a more premium level to match the quality of the rooms.

Incredible views, rooms quite well furnished. Saw a few comments about it being outdated that seems to have been addressed since.

Breakfast is exorbitant.

We had breakfast in the hotel ONE morning only. It was disgusting in lieu of the cost. The sausages were inedible as was the bacon. All the supposed hot food was luke warm. No choice of milk and small cerial choice. Very disappointing and placed a black mark on an otherwise good stay
