"Might stay at Aruba Resort next time and skip the upgraded room."

We were upgraded to the Star Casino Residences. The location was great

The Star Casino Residences room was noisy (constant electrical type sound) at night. The sofa was small, cheap and uncomfortable. There was no room facilities e.g. milk provided. The Star Residences staff were not helpful.

"Great location and friendly staffing"

The manager was wonderful. Everything was super close and easy to access.

The room was advertised with a dryer and there was none. It was part of the benefits I booked for

Good location

After hours check in wasn't easy to work out, and could be every confusing finding rooms. No lifts which is a small problem for people in 70s, and on 4th floor

"Had everything we needed and the pool and spa were both delightful at the end of the day"

Very spacious, clean and very close to the Broadbeach Mall for the Bluesfestival. The Foxtel TV was amazing and normally only free to air is included in most accomodations nowadays .

The bathroom needs some TLC and minor updating but overall acceptable
