Great location in Broadbeach. Clean apartment. Close to Oasis Centre and Pacific Fair.

Bed was too soft. Had to ask for an extra blanket because there wasn’t a spare one in the wardrobe. No scourer or dishwasher brush to wash dishes. Our bedroom was located on the ground floor opposite the pool. The night pool lights shone through the top of curtains all night so it was quite light in the bedroom at night. This wouldn’t be a problem in the other apartments.

Always have a awesome holiday whenever I stay there. The manager's are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is a great holiday experience. Location excellent right in the hub of Broadbeach, anything you want or need is only a 10 min walk. Shops , cafe beaches, Casino and convention Centre, not to mention the selection of restaurants and the latest bars and venues. Always something to do night and day ! You can leave your car in the secured underneath car park, and ride the great transport system the Gold Coast has to offer! It's literally that easy, it really is all at your fingertips. Comfortable apartments, great size rooms and kitchen. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Told all my friends and family to make sure they book a holiday there , it won't disappoint!!! Already planning my next stay at the Aruba surf resort. Thank you to the manager's outstanding job. And the common areas are always kept well And maintained with beautiful gardens and pool area.. would highly recommendHow

The hole experience was excellent. Lucky gave me the best service and attention. I'll stay here all the time now.

No complaints

Very good location just steps from the sea, and a well-equipped apartment (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer). The street is very quiet, and it is silent at night with no traffic or construction noise during the day.

I did not appreciate being asked by email after my Booking reservation to send my bank card details and ID for the security deposit. Excessive charges were later taken from my card without informing me beforehand (for the condition of the oven, which I did not use). They were eventually refunded quickly after I requested it. I reported on the second day of my stay that the sliding glass door could not be locked (despite the apartment being on the second floor), and nobody came to repair it during the following days. The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired (stains and odor on the carpet, men’s hair in the bathroom, hairs on the throw blanket that were not mine), and a brief whistling noise could be heard every three minutes from the first floor, day and night.
