Aruba Sands Resort

i liked the location and underground parking, the open hours for the pool + spa was good (8am-9pm), quite friendly staff, had a washing machine + dryer.

sheets had stains, ground was dirty, wear and tear damages (light bulb not turning on in bathroom, light switch falling out of the wall in bedroom), dirty bedside table surface, only had room service once for our 9 day stay and had to pay $1 per roll of toilet paper after we ran out,

The location is great for beach and shopping. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable and a cafe across the road for excellent coffee.

The water temperature in the shower did not stay consistent . It was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Location was good access to all main attractions

Property would have been cleaner.

Should have requested ground floor as no lift and we were on the top floor so lots of stairs.

The location and staff were excellent and reasonable price

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, blocked drain in shower , very tired interior

Loved our room Balcony near the pool
