"せっかくの旅行だったのに…"

朝食が美味しかったところ

今時観光地の宿泊施設なのに大浴場がないのはがっかり。 室内の空調が冷房しか出ず、夜は寒い中寝たおかげで風邪をひいてしまった。 館内着がタンスの中に直で入っており、タンスの木の臭い匂いがついていて不快だった。 景色が山側の方を選んだが、山なんてもんじゃない。きったない工業施設の屋根を見させられて気分が下がった。山側っていうよりも汚い屋根の印象が強くて最悪でした。 これであの値段はちょっと信じられないぼったくり。 もう二度と行きません。

Room was very big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. View of otaru mountains was also nice. Staff were helpful. Location was good and parking available.

Pillows were too soft. Facilities a bit dated but functional nonetheless.

Excellent service from the front desk, helped us organise taxi and massage . It was very clean and the room we had was large , plenty of room and a good size bathroom. The ocean view was lovely. Access straight to a shopping mall was a bonus.
