Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel Since 1906 by Paradise Inn Group

Great views over the bay from bar/restaurant. But overpriced and living on its heritage. I’ve seen bigger bathrooms in caravans. Staff don’t seem to have heard of the word ‘smile’.

A classic hotel, right on the corniche. I had a room on the side which allowed me to see the water but gave me little or no traffic noise. It’s not 5 star but very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and bar was great

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor. The location is excellent, the room was comfortable, the breakfast on the roof was very delicious. The only negative thing is that the hotel needs maintenance.

The view from the terrace was spectacular. It gave us a lovey introduction to Alexandria.

The Wifi did not work for my entire stay. Very noisy in the sea view. Rooms are not clean and the smell is so bad in the back rooms, we have to change the rooms and pay extra money. No hot water or you have to open the water for 10 minutes to get the hot water. Noisy all the time with the traffic outside the sea view.

Was good hotel some notices from the street and air conditioner can be affordable for its location however spending some invests can elements this noisy could be much better.

An Alexandria landmark that is in a dire need for restoration and renovation to regain its splendor.

The sheets was v dirty and the reception was v rude after they knew that I did complain over the net and they didn’t change the room after they promised to change it I add photos is this is the same like on the net??is this the level of royal suite It’s not even deserved to be normal room And I reserve the top And the reception did nothing And after my complain this have been more rude and bad answers

I arrived at the hotel pretty early so to be expected my room was not ready. The staff was nice and i sat for 4 fours in a cold lobby and wait to have my room ready. At first glans every was grand and I felt like a royal. Now I have been traveling for a very long time and stayed in places with no wifi. I had come to this hotel to litary sit in y room and watch Netfilx all day and order room service. The Wifi did not work for my entire stay and only ather asking the staff even the manager I don’t know how many times it worked on my last night so there is that. Up on closed inspection and (I know I should have taken pictures) the room and everything in it with exception to the bed super confortable and soft and wow the pillows were so nice but the walls the ceiling was run down held together my pain. That bath room I really should have taken a pic of this but I was baffled I called the office to tell them know in a stern way what happened next. On my first day I wanted to take a bath so I let the water run and when I came back I kid you not, the water was brown like the Mississippi river, which meant the shower was brown too. So when I went to let the water out would you know it started to come out under the toilet. When I went to tell the staff they just looked at me like yeah you are not the first to tell us this. But I am and army vet so its okay I have been in worst situation. So I went for a shower, I left it on a nice temp but I guess they don’t have a regulator so i
