"Hotel of felth and horror"

Hotel needs a lot of maintainance and redecoration. Furniture is old and weary bathrom was foul smelling windows are brocken . This the worst hotel i have checked in ever.

The hotel should make sure that the minibar has right amount of drinks there before the guest moves in. When checking out, they claimed that one drink was consumed by us, but the fact was that we never touched the minibar and we even did not know what’s inside. Never had such experience!!

"Classic hotel"

The hotel exudes an old-world glamour with a welcome drink at the reception, a butler showing you to the room through a wooden-box-like lift. The room itself is not big but very clean. It is nice experience in Alexandria.

"Stately but noisy"

Lovely stately old hotel. Very noisy in the front 'deluxe' sea view and seaside rooms, not worth the extra money or the lovely view as street noise is a bit annoying. Food is very, very average and alcohol options very limited. The front desk staff work very hard and are very easy to deal with.

"Budget hotel - noisy location."

Hotel location is good to get about in Alexandria, but because it located on sea front the traffic noise is horrendous with horns beeping all night - didn't get much sleep. Roof terrace is a great place to relax and have a meal.
