Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel Since 1906 by Paradise Inn Group

This is very old antique hotel. Still using keys instead of cards and has very old elevator without ventilation. Receptionist are not welcoming. Safety box very small doesn’t fit tablet. Cleanliness was goods. Breakfast was ok

Charming old style hotel. I had stayed here before. The room we had this time was not good value for money and certainly not worthy of a 4 star rating.

A well maintained hotel in the old charming style which of course bears the marks of its age. The breakfast restaurant on the roof terrace is a modern very pleasant addition

Promised a room type that was then changed, bags were left in the lobby for 7 hours instead of being put somewhere safe, bathroom smelled, window didn't seal so that all of the street traffic below was very loud, WiFi was out for over an hour

Fantastic location, Friendly staff. However the staff is a bit incompetent, the hotel need more renovations. We booked 2 double bedroom but they gave us one double and on single. I asked for a top floor but they gave us 1st floor which was too noisy. Breakfast was good but the staff was struggling to serve. Wi Fi was very bad. The manager was doing his best but more is needed in order to be a real 4 star hotel.
