Comfy beds, cold AC, great breakfast. Pool was in the small size. Sunday night we had issues with noisy hallway, we called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told it’s a late bar night and there’s no curfew. We planned on doing another stay in June for a convention near by but would not stay there due to that Sunday night incident. It was after 11pm, we had small children in our rooms and found it truly inconsiderate and ridiculous that grown adults were allowed to behave like that while people are trying to sleep. I hope your company re evaluate that late bar night/no curfew rule for the sake of other customers who aren’t inconsiderate of those trying to sleep!!!

It is ashamed we had to pay for parking. The Hotel Took $6.00 out of my credit card for 2 days parking. I have never stayed at a Hotel who charged me for parking after paying for rooms.Plus the extra blankets and sheets for the sofa bed was dirty. I had to request clean sheets and blankets.

Everything was good except the room needed some maintenance. The shower had a significant crack in the wall tile and the sliding bathroom doors were difficult to open and noisy The room was clean and good location.

Quieter, secluded, but convenient location. Comfortable rooms, amazing shower :)

Spring Hill Suites Harrisburg, Hershey robbed me. I made a reservation at a set price, and after I checked out, I found out that while I was there, they changed the rate, without telling me. I have stayed at Marriott hotels for at least 680 nights over the past seven years, including nine nights on this most recent trip, so I am by no means new to the brand. For three of those seven years, I held Ambassador status for a few years. In all that time, I have never once had my rate changed without being notified in advance—until now. On one prior occasion when a rate needed to be adjusted, the staff assisted me in finding another Marriott property that honored the original rate. This time, however, I was shocked to discover that after checkout, my rate had been changed—without any warning—to nearly double what I had booked. Based on timing, I can’t help but believe this adjustment occurred after I reported that the dryer had damaged some of my clothing and that I had encountered rudeness from a front desk associate. As for the room itself (#330), it was far from the quality I expect at a Marriott: several lights did not work, the shower had cracks and holes, molding was pulling away from the doors, and the beds were well past their prime. That said, the most unacceptable part of my experience was the unannounced rate change. This breach of trust ensures that I will never stay at another Marriott property again.

I have stayed at Marriott hotels for at least 680 nights in the last 7 years, so I am not newbie with staying at a Marriot Hotel. I have had Ambassador status for 3 of those 7 years. During these 7 years, I have never had my rate change, without being informed that it would be changed before this time. (1 time I was told that they needed to change my rate, but they assisted me in finding another hotel that would honor the rate that made). So I am aghast that after checkout my rate had been changed without any warning to almost double the rate. I believe that my rate changed (almost doubled) after I sent a message stating that their dryer had damaged some of my clothes and that the front desk personal was rude. I definitely would not consider the room that I stayed in #330 as a high quality room. Some of the lights did not work, cracks and holes in the shower, molding that has come from around the doors, and beds that have long past their prime. That being said, changing the rate, without informing me means that I will NEVER visit another Marriott.
