SpringHill Suites Harrisburg Hershey

We had a 9 day say in early August with our family. While the property and room were nice. A few maintenance concerns were not addressed during our stay, and I have not received a follow up since arriving back home. Breakfast is mediocre and no variety. 1 or 2 nights this is ok. We got to experience the same breakfast all 8 times. Some days some items were not stocked leaving even less options. Towels and Wash cloths were not always readily available. Had to wait until next morning on a couple occasions. The closet door in our room had screws missing from a hinge so it didn't close properly. The sliding door for bathroom with the shower had a problem with the track making it tougher to open and close. Also, there was some mould around the ceiling. The towel bar in the bathroom with toilet was barely hanging on. There is a power cord that runs under the desk that fell down towards the end our stay that I managed to put back up.\ myself. To top it off they charge $3 per night for parking. Understandable for a downtown hotel with limited parking but, this is just off the highway with no other option for transportation. A simple cash grab is all that is.

Very clean. Last minute booking for us as we were traveling through. Very clean and beds were comfy.

Room was spacious, updated and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Fridge was not emptied. Glasses were not clean. Front guest person on arrival was not friendly.

Checking was ok. We booked Mobility room and do not get one Rooms are very very outdated and beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast.. what breakfast ? Bunch of kids running around and taking whatever they felt like and no replenahing of food was happening at all and no cream or milk to be found. Didnt even want to try and stay to ask. Very dissatisfied with this property - not a chain of Hilton!

Rooms need to be updated. They have sliding, heavy doors for the bathroom and shower which are separate areas. The first room we went to the handle to the sliding door was broken and it was out of its track and we could not move it easily. The front desk gave us a different room.The furniture needs to be cleaned. The one couch was dirty with stains. Contrary to the sofa, the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It is also very noisy on the side near I 81. You can hear all the tractor trailers and traffic.

took 3 rooms before we got an ok room.front desk seemed annoyed having to do this.wouldnt help with wifi problem.gentleman working next day was very helpful.

Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Very nice stay for 1 night. Very clean. The woman on breakfast duty work Very hard to make it great.

The pool was tiny and smelled like chlorine.
