The carpet on the 2nd floor elevator area was badly stained and was coming up with large “bubbles” A person could absolutely fall and get really hurt, our cart kept getting stuck on it. It was a nice place to stay. I would stay again. Just needs some updates.

Property was clean, and room was spacious. What would have made this experience over the top would be complimentary water for each of the guests (only two bottles were provided for 5 guests). Other than than everything was great.

If you plan on visiting Hershey Park, we recommend this property for your stay. It is about 20 minutes or so from that park, a quiet spot with a pool, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The only issue we faced during our stay was that the shampoo and body washes were empty / near empty in the shower. The staff was quick to resolve this issue.

Sooo clean and elegant! Love that there is a bar on site. The sofa/daybed/trundle would have been much appreciated by our kids if they were with us. Bed was comfortable, room was immaculate, shower was excellent. Would have felt comfortable staying a few nights. Breakfast was just so so: eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, and eng muffins and bagels. Also oatmeal and cereal. Nothing much if gf.
