TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charlotte Mooresville

Room in great condition, well equiped, Comfortable bed, thick towels. Breakfast had good variety of selections. Restaurants were across the parking lot. The pool was closed for maintenance but we were allowed to go to hotel across the street to swim.

Definitely needs updating. Stayed for 3 nights and room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had an issue with leaking faucet and waited 24 hrs for room to be changed

Great for our needs

The kitchen plug did not work, the coffee pot was not clean, the recycling had not been emptied from previous person The front desk people were great, the room was clean and supplied well (other than above). Lots of storage space. Nice to have a full kitchen, even for a short stay.

Highway nearby was very loud at night.

No body wash or shampoo. Pool was down and breakfast was cold even the coffee. Room was clean but trash can under sink smelled like a dumpster.

The bathroom was gross, shower floor was dirty. I had to put a towel down to step on, as I was not stepping on those floors with my bare feet. Carpet was dirty. There was a smell coming from the air conditioner.

Proximity to the park we were having tournaments; having a kitchen was helpful and the staff was nice. I also really appreciated the gluten-free muffins they offered at breakfast.

The pool was closed for maintenance the two days we were there and there were areas not cleaned well on the front of the TV stand, TV screen and carpet. The only other thing was the shower door leaked no matter how hard we tried to position the door.
