Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront by IHG

Hotel is in a good location. Dingy and beat up looking inside. Bathroom is extremely small, you have to stand to the side of the toilet to close the door.

Dirty tub & bed sheets . They over charged me

No ice, small rooms, water in the carpet from the ac made the rooms musty

Don't believe the reviews! We got here and it looks ok but you come in to one staff member helping a huge line of people checking in andmultiple people walking around from the pool dripping water everywhere. Get to our room to find the bathtub looking like it hasn't been cleaned and damage on the walls. Several people noisy after 10 pm; slamming doors, taking loud/ yelling. Then we got woken up at 6:30am to someone knocking on a door down the hall repeating MANAGEMENT! LIKE, WTAF I'M TRYING TO SLEEP!!!! HATE IT HERE.

I was told breakfast was from 6:00-9:00 AM. She neglected to say that I would need to pay. It seemed as though it was a complimentary breakfast, but indeed it was not. It was a cost. The breakfast was not good. Please work on making food at least tast good if your going to charge a fee.

This is the smallest & the elevator needs updating. & although you can watch your Television?? The MENU don’t work, & they will request an additional $50 hold no matter what you’ve paid ON THE APP you’ve purchased from just be prepared to pay 50 bucks more.

The staff were very late with delivering towels, the bathtub is stained and messed up.

Room was spacious for 4 people. Nice location too.
