Disappointing Stay with Service and Amenity Issues Our recent stay was unfortunately marred by several issues, particularly concerning breakfast and staff interactions. Weekday breakfast was a significant letdown, and the weekend offering was merely average. On our first morning, there was no juice available, and we were served tap water, which was unexpected. The breakfast staff was consistently disengaged; one individual seemed perpetually on their phone, showing a lack of attentiveness. While some front desk staff (7 AM - 3 PM shift) were excellent and very helpful, the afternoon shift (after 3 PM) was notably uninviting, often failing to greet guests. On a positive note, the cleaning staff was commendable with no complaints regarding their service. However, the cleaning liquid used in the front desk and breakfast areas had a strong, unpleasant odor that was quite off-putting. Overall, while some aspects of the stay were satisfactory, the consistent issues with breakfast service and certain staff members significantly impacted our experience.

The shower had rust stains, dirt, and hair. The linen had stains and there fingerprints on the windows. Dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I switched rooms, and the staff was nice to accommodate me, but the second room was also dirty.

This was disgustingly gross. We gad to change rooms due to smell of mutt odor. Then our second room was dirty with tape on the walls. Holiday Inn name brand disappointed us terribly. As a member, I deserved better.
