Beach facing pool lots of activities for kids

The staff at reception charged us for a dinner plan for my sons birthday which was fire and ice show on beach but in 10 mins we reached the venue there was no show which not only spoilt our sons birthday evening but also the huge disconnect between reception and restaurant staff could have easily avoided us paying a bomb for a no show !!!such a huge disappointment and poor staff communication amongst themselves

Не первый раз останавливаемся в отеле, с точки зрения соответствия цена-качество Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya лучший в Pattaya. Хочу отметить приветливость персонала и качественный сервис, особенно администраторов ресторана на 12 этаже: Lexie, Moeily, Korkor, Кае, Diow, Arwi, повара клубного ресторана, - Kook-Kai, которая готовит превосходные блюда. Очень качественно работают hotel Room Service Administrator: Boss, John Большие молодцы аниматоры: Stewart, Nasty, Cheetah, Kuntai, у бассейна и в зонах активности очень хорошо организуют спортивные и развлекательные мероприятия.
