Staff were very professional and caring and informative. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from our bedroom onto pool and gardens.

Buffet style at breakfast and some of the supplement charges for certain freshly prepared options from the kitchen disappointing espwcially hen paying 5 star prices for room and breakfast . Plants , and quality of the potted plants in May, should be full of blossoms and colour and looked dull and unkept, the general standard of some of the outdoor walls/pipes, furniture again were a bit dated and needs some TLC. We got into the lift to take our cases up to our room and my husband leaned on the chrome lift bar and it came off was a shock and again not acceptable when paying 5 star prices.

"Would stay again……hotel in beautiful setting."

Good breakfast.

At breakfast on 2nd morning we had to wait @25 mins for our tea & coffee & had to prompt staff twice!! We stayed in Room 109 which had a view of a roof immediately outside…….for 2 nights could live with, but would NOT be happy about if staying longer.

"Elegant Estate"

Beautiful estate, great facilities. The cottage was spotless, very comfortable bed & crisp linen. Spa is special and the food & cocktails were delicious. Would recommend a visit - perfect for both a couple retreat or getaway with friends.
