Amazing beautiful location

Why’s it so expensive .. and all residents should be allowed to use spa facilities however we had to pay £65 PER PERSON and the staff at the spa hadn’t even clarified that till after we paid !!!! To expensive for nothing .. ended up just going to Sainsbury’s and making our own food as it was a cottage we stayed at which was absolutely immaculate!! Staff however was lovely no issues and breakfast was amazing .. there was a chef that made eggs in front of us but no longer does which was quite disappointing overall beautiful stay .

Love the spa here at Schloss just perfect! Beds also very comfortable! Breakfast was lovely!

I did not like the view on the parking. If I book a good hotel and a good room, definitely the view should be different. The most terrible thing was the restaurant ! It is like I found myself at a cheap cantine … the worst experience ever

Breakfast was good

The waiter in The Clubhouse told us he’sd licked the ain entrance and that we’d have to leave by the back door. We were still eating our meal and were rushed. The back door led on to a dark area with no lights. I have walking issues so was very uncomfortable having to walk around the building

The customer service was top notch, the staff were very attentive. Our cottage was spotless, the breakfast service was faultless, the facilities were kept clean and very well looked after.
