"Disgusting experience"

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were discourteous, poorly trained, and showed little regard for customer service. It felt like the priority was making money rather than ensuring guests had a positive experience. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had, and I will not be returning.
