Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel

Really nice hotel, great food options nearby, 2 blocks from a Manhattan bound subway. Breakfast was excellent, and Maintenence managed to get the oddball elevator working fairly quickly. (2 elevators, one had issues for a few houra.)

The room was clean. The hotel was super clean. The staff were very friendly.

This hotel is perfect for the cost concerned traveler. It’s usually half the cost of hotels in Manhattan, and being only a 15 minute subway ride into midtown makes it a great location. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good! Complete with scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, pancakes, a yogurt parfait bar, bagels, danishes, and cereal. Our room was small but it worked just fine. I’d stay here again for sure!

The hotel is very good, great value for money. It's very very close to an accessible subway station. The breakfast is very complete with many options and daily variety. The room was clean and the staff always ready for help. The soda machine was missing some variety, there was a night when there was not even a coke. The neighborhood is not good, there is a project the next block, right in front of the subway station. The deli next door is also very weird. But at any time I felt threatned by the neighbors, a minor setback in a great stay.

La primera habitación que nos asignaron olía mal, tenía una sábana manchada, muebles viejos, y varias paredes sucias. Luego de reclamar por esto, nos cambiaron para otra habitación similar que se encontraba al lado de una máquina de hielo (que no nos dejó dormir). Las fotos que se muestran en Expedia no te permiten apreciar que el hotel se encuentra en un sitio que no consideramos seguro (frente a un edificio abandonado y con grafitis); tema que se puede constatar a través del Google Earth. El lugar donde se sirve el desayuno es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes que pueden alojar; por lo que varios de ellos se quedan de pie, esperando un tiempo hasta que se desocupe un asiento.

This is a great place, very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, a variety of breads, bacon or sausage, yogurts with your choice of toppings, etc. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in years. The subway is just two blocks away.

Best choice for people visiting the city. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. The staff is wonderful and the dining hall had many options for breakfast. Again, the most comfortable king bed!

Pros: 1-Good and helpful Staff’s 2-Nice and clean room 3-Price is ok 4-Clean bathroom 5-Good internet 6-5 minutes walk to subway 7-Nice view from the room Cons: 1- Only 2 elevator ( staff use’s 1 of the 2 elevator all morning and it’s impossible to get down to the lower floor) 2- Same breakfast every day 3- Spooky neighborhood at night 4- Old and outdated room( there was a damp spot on the ceiling and the room has very low light ) 5- Shower in the bathroom was weird (very low water pressure) As for the price the hotel was good , but if you can spend a little more then I would suggest stay at Manhattan, otherwise it takes 35/40 min to go to Manhattan by cab. Overall it’s good staying.

Decent hotel for a short stay. The room need some updates. The front desk was very nice.they took care of my need very quick. The breakfast was very good. Overall for the price and being close to the subway station it is good option

Horrible place. Photos are deceiving. Not sure how they got the stars they did. Gross dirty breakfast, beat up and falling apart rooms and bites on leg after staying. Only good was proximity to F train to Manhattan.
