Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel

Close to Manhattan. Breakfast included. Accessible via public transportation, all a plus. Neighborhood, not so great. very old and beat-up furniture in my hotel room.

Breakfast was delicious staff were wonderful so close to subway it was easy to get into Manhattan! Another major subway line a couple more blocks away. We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Long Island City.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the place was clean but did look a little worn. The breakfast was good but the dining rooms are on the small side so ended up taking the food back to our rooms to eat. The location is good and close to a subway station that takes you right into the heart of New York.

The location is great for getting into both Brooklyn and NYC. We did both this past weekend. Front desk lady was super great made checking easy and parking was reasonable in price. Room was clean as well as bathroom. Will differently stay again when I go back to NYC.

The only problem in this hotel is, there’s no enough space and seats for the customers during the breakfast. All the rest was great! Clean and comfortable. The employees from front desk, cleaning and kitchen breakfast were amazing, especially Yasmin, that was always so kind and helpful when we needed something. Thanks everyone, thanks Yasmin! Me and my family had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in Long Island City. The hotel is close to the subway station and a short ride into the city. Front desk staff were super helpful! The rooms were large and comfortable.

The window was jammed open, the door to the room did not close up, it was noisy and the chair I sat upon collapsed, all in the first five minutes!

We stayed for 3 nights in September. The location is perfect for exploring New York. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good and especially Yasmin in the Cafeteria is a particularly friendly and attentive person.

Fantastic staffs and services

We stayed in Best Western Hotel for one night and I really liked it. Specially the lady who works in Cafeteria for breakfast, her name is Yasmin, who really works hard and very kind, generous to the people. I really give five star to this hotel and well wishes for the good hearted lady Yasmin. Thanks
