Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel

Rooms are dirty and they will not clean your room unless you specifically ask. The breakfast is very limited and the staff is rude. The surrounding area to the hotel is very unsafe. The other people staying in the hotel are noisy and the staff will do nothing about it. This is at 3:00 in the morning. We regret booking with them and will never consider staying there again.

Great hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. In particular, Yasmin provided great service in the breakfast area. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of items. Hotel is conveniently located near subway station as well

Great stay with a marvelous Manhattan view room. Room is of good size and comes with bathtub, safe, fridge. We had paid hotel parking space. F-line Subway station within walking distance. Simple quick check-in snd very warm friendly staff. Small gym. Usual breakfast spread but dining room a little tight, even with an extended room. Had to queue and wait to get food. Everrything works and satisfy our requirements.

Breakfast should go tol10. To busy with everyone trying to get there before 9. And it's primarily folks on vacation so it should go later

I selected this hotel based on pricing both stay costs, reasonably priced onsite parking, and breakfast being included. The room accommodations were not great. The door to the room didn’t close all the way at the bottom even with the bolt and latch on, the wall was filthy and the area around the refrigerator was dirty/needed to be replaced. The hotel rooms need some serious upgrading. I did not complain during the stay because the rooms need updating it wasn’t really something that could be “cleaned”. The staff was kind and friendly, check in and out was easy.

Decent stay

DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING! I stayed here specifically because I drove into town to see family/friends. There are only NINE parking spots for this hotel and it costs $20 /day and they direct you to another lot that charges $30 /day. Park ON THE STREET! it is free. The F train is a block away. I wasted $80 on parking not being given proper information about the street parking. There are NO microwaves! Only a mini fridge. The bed was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful but man was this not worth the price... $135/night. (I stayed 4 nights)

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very relaxing stay; the staff were very friendly and were very on top of things. There was breakfast available, and it was great plus there was parking although during my family trip we just used the subway to travel around because the hotel was close to a subway station.
