Location was very good. Staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Super friendly. Left some items after check out and they contacted me immediately.

I didn't feel comfortable. It's not a clean hotel. Bed room is small. Good staffing and they trying their best. Small dinning space. And only for 3 hours it's open so all guest made line to get their breakfast. It's not looks cool.

I was under the impression with my booking through hotels.com that parking was on site and free however it was not free.. there was a $25 fee for parking that I paid in cash and then after checking my bank account I noticed they charged my card for it also... so now I'm waiting for them to go through "the process" of asking the staff about it and reviewing cameras etc.... before finding out if they will refund me the $25.00 charge

"my eastern trips with BW"

I experience Very clean and comfort in Best Western with my family.It was happy and fun. i want to come here again. I always recommend BW hotel. More affordable and has more of a comfortable homey feel. THANKS.

Great Hotel, we always stay in. The surroundings are well, Ghetto. Housing Projects around the corner, but never Felle unsafe!
