Residence Inn Youngstown Boardman/Poland

It's cozy, quiet, clean, with a woodland view with shops and stores sprinkled between the trees. There's atleast 50 places to shop, and dine within a 5 to 10 minute walk.The staff is very pleasant, also helpful, and knowone is going to bother you. Everyone says hello, and may even want to talk a bit. I love the vibe. Very cool place to stay!

Customer Service was great but the bed and sofa smelled like pet urine.

The bathroom had dried blood on the toilet seat which the front desk person came and cleaned which I appreciated but it was very off putting. The floor had a lot stains and didn’t feel clean. The hallway smelled very strong of weed and we could smell it in our room. Having little ones this was awful and made it difficult to sleep.

Nice, clean rooms with a friendly staff. All you could hope for, especially if you're coming through with a pet.

The staff was helpful and nice! It was well put together! The rooms are roomy for sure! The stay was definitely good and i will go back!

My rooms were really dirty. There was blood on our sheets. None of the three TVs worked in the two bedroom suite I had a few other things also and I did keep pictures and videos I can’t post vids tho

I am a big fan of the Residence Inn brand and have stayed at many of their hotels. This was the most disappointing one I have ever been in. If this was my first experience with the RI, I would not be back. Where to begin… the entire hotel needs to be remodeled or at least get a deep, deep cleaning. The carpets appeared dirty, the room smelled funny, the furniture was old and looked a little suspect, the tile had spots, the shower had scars, the toilet was loose, the black out curtains weren’t big enough and let light in. I’d give it a one, but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Definitely needs some care

HVAC or something else was loud during night. Hard to sleep.
